NEW open market homes on track at Royal Haslar
Groundworks have started for the delivery of approximately 61 new luxury coastal homes, in the south-western corner of Royal Haslar, marking further progress with open-market homes for sale at Haslar.
This latest phase of Royal Haslar’s transformation will add further to the number of non-retirement homes at the waterside village. As regeneration of the site progresses, developers are keen to ensure a balance of tenures (open market and retirement), to create a genuinely multi-generational waterside village.
The Solent-side new homes will be delivered across five buildings, the largest of which will be purpose built and deliver around thirty-six apartments, with the remaining apartments all being created through the conversion and restoration of four existing historical buildings.
Solent View offers a range of 1, 2 and 3-bedroom apartments, each finished to a high standard, the majority with private outside space, and a limited number with private roof terraces. Set for phased completion, the first Solent View Apartments are anticipated to be ready in Autumn 2026, with those located in new buildings due in 2027.
