At Royal Haslar, we are committed to ensuring that our residents' lives are as comfortable and convenient as possible, which is why we offer a range of additional services that residents can access.

Buon Apetitio Meals

We understand the importance of nutritious and satisfying meals. Through our partnership with Apetito, residents at Royal Haslar can arrange daily hot meals delivered direct to their apartment. Friendly staff will bring the meal to your door and even serve it to you.

Care Management

The safety and well-being of Royal Haslar residents is of the utmost importance to us. Firstport, our dedicated care management team, can conduct regular Person-Centred Risk assessments. These assessments cover both fire risk and personal well-being.

During the initial session, residents can be set up on the emergency call system and be provided with information about local support networks and resources. Firstport also conduct well-being checks to support independent living and identify any changing needs that may require attention. If it is determined that your needs have changed and you require care, Firstport can engage with family members and the local adult social care provider to arrange a formal assessment.

For temporary care requirements, they can also recommend care partner Helping Hands Gosport, who can provide interim assessments and full care services. Additionally, "I'm okay" checks can be arranged: this service is optional, but does provides reassurance to both residents and their families.


Royal Haslar can provide In-apartment cleaning services, which at this time are provided through AWS Cleaning Services. As further residential buildings are completed and occupied this service will be provided by an in-house team.

Additionally refuse collection twice a week directly from your apartment is available and there is no extra charge for this convenience as part of the cleaning service.


Dedicated gatehouse staff and an estate management team are available 24 hours a day to ensure residents feel safe and supported at all times.
